Another audit built to sell a rebuild?
01No — that is structurally impossible here. I sell no rebuild and no development days behind the diagnostic. It may conclude that your current provider is the right one.
Is this IT management?
02No. I do not manage hardware, networks, or workstations. The subject is your software and its delivery: the code, the team, the method.
Remote, really?
03Yes. I currently support a French SME four days a week, fully remote — code reading, team sessions, and debriefs included.
Why not our agency, or a new provider?
04A development provider has to sell development behind its audit. Diagnosing first, with someone who has nothing else to sell, secures the decision — including the decision to stay with your provider.
Is €4,000 expensive?
05It is a fixed, published price for a documented decision a CEO can read — not a list of technical findings. Set against months at a standstill or a rebuild committed blindly, it is the shortest and cheapest option.
How will my team take it?
06The diagnostic is not a tribunal. I talk with your developers, not against them — and the final document always separates inherited constraints from choices to correct.
