Will you sell us the migration afterwards?
01No. As with the technical diagnostic, the assessment is the product: no migration, no maintenance contract, no development days to sell behind it. It may conclude that your current integrator is the right one.
Our Odoo is old and heavily customized — is that a problem?
02It is the most common case. I have worked with Odoo in production since v8 — and instances loaded with custom modules are precisely the ones that justify an assessment.
Do we need to give access to production?
03No. Read access to the code and a copy of the database is enough — the exact arrangements are settled on the scoping call.
How is this different from our integrator's audit?
04Your integrator audits with its own migration to sell at the end. I do not — that is the whole value of an independent opinion.
